1099 Compensation:  100% Commission on every deal.  Rockstone will charge and administration fee of $995 + a processing fee (if using in house processing)

W2 Compensation: 90% of the Commission (10% for payroll expense).  Rockstone will charge and administration fee of $995 + a processing fee (if using in house processing)
